What is an iSERVE Team?

An iSERVE team is a place for you to serve in the gifts and passions God has given you! At Ridge we serve because we love God and He set the example for us! We were created to serve and it makes a difference in the world. You have gifts and talents that you were created to use to glorify God — use them!

In order to join an iSERVE team we want you to understand the heartbeat of Ridge. To learn about us, we invite you to join us at the Growth Track. Once that is complete, we will help you find an iSERVE team that is right for you!

  • Greeters

    Our greeter team helps set the tone for guests by making a great first impression with a warm smile and welcoming attitude.

  • Worship

    Whether through vocals or instrument, this team helps lead our church in passionate worship through music and song. audition required

  • Ushers

    Our Usher Team helps to facilitate a great experience on Sunday by directing
    guests to their seats and helping to uphold a distraction-free environment.

  • Hospitality

    We want Southridge to feel like home. Our Hospitality Team helps to create a
    welcoming and warm environment for our guests on Sunday Morning.

  • Marketing

    Through various platforms such as Livestream, Social Media, and Photography, our marketing team helps capture and curate content that can be published online to help us spread the message of Jesus.

  • Prayer

    Join us in providing one of the most important “next steps” at Southridge – this team
    is available to pray for those who request it on a Sunday Morning and during the week.

  • Parking Lot

    This team is our first contact with guests. They clearly and energetically direct guests
    to available parking spots and help them get to church safely and with a smile!

  • Tech

    Through lights, sound, + media presentation, our tech team utilizes production elements to
    help create an awesome and engaging Sunday Morning experience.

  • iSERVE Central

    This team oversees our iSERVE Central Area. They help foster an energetic and upbeat environment for those serving on Sunday at Southridge. We serve snacks, drinks, and thank everyone for serving!

  • Welcome Home

    This team “welcomes home” all first-time guests who fill out a connect card with a gift.
    It’s also where we offer next steps and connect with those who committed their life to Jesus.

  • Kids

    From birth to 6th grade there’s a spot to serve and love on kids! We create age- specific environments for kids to learn about the God who loves them. If you love the little ones – you’ll love this team!
